She's her own person, she can't just hide behind him, and I very much doubt he'd kick the shit out of a regular fan just for calling his wife out on something she knew nothing about, it wouldn't be worth the consequences.
Besides, it was her who brought something up what happened days before, she wasn't even meant to see the message, as I didn't link it to her account. I did however predict she would see it because she had blatantly just been searching for her name out of paranoia. And she proved me right by taking the bait.

I just don't get what slagging off the captains wife by our fans. What a joke! It's no wonder he quit twitter with fans like ours.
Oh, and to t_o_molloy, if people were slagging me off all over twitter I'd be searching for myself too.
Anyway, If I was married to some famous attractive woman id be broadcasting it every chance I had.

To be fair LioC, very few people were slagging her off whereas she made quite a few abusive (as she'd put it) remarks, especially the one "and if she would like to come round and be a bitch to my face then you know where I live. SKD would love to meet her."

It all started because she made a few ill-informed comments and people said wait a minute, that's tosh, she made a big stink, a few people made comments back- one or two that did go over the acceptable line, in my opinion...

...why am I commenting about it again!

I've been wishing people would shut up about it all day, so I shall do the same.

Not everyone thinks public sector workers are all that "hard done by" you know! They are just being pulled a little closer to the private sector and the asshole unions see their power being erroded thats why the confrontation is happening.
Admitedly it's a bit rich for a wag with a multi sqillion pound a year hubby to be pitching in publically what next? cheryl the peril weeping over x factor AGAIN

Thing was Hoboh, given the strike was over pensions, I don't think anybody felt the comment regarding working hours and holidays was warranted.
