There is a place in the side for SKD it just ain't every week, and it's with someone who can do his running (and shooting presumably). And that someone isn't Klasnic! But I think we all recognise this...

So if someone else is to do his running and shooting for him, what's left for Kavies to do?

Give away the fouls, I suppose. Wander around listlessly, maybe. Get booked and complain about it.

I see.

KD held the ball up very well on Thursday but he and Klasnic never gelled. He will continue to be important, had some nice flick ons, passes and got on the end of a few crosses.

It's fairly obvious that if we play KD that his partner needs to have lots of pace and running in him to stretch defences in behind. Klasnic will not cut it!

Next time I wouldn't mind seeing Eaves/Klas up front although once next season starts I imagine it'll be Davies and another.

Just got back from Florida this morning, still got that jet lag feeling but that'll pass. Was fortunate enough to get to watch Bolton vs. Tampa while over Florida, would've loved the extra few days to catch the Orlando game but can't complain had a cracking holiday. Everyones so friendly over there and the weathers great (despite the occassional thundershowers).

The game against Tampa was practically a training match. We could've won the game quite easily, post and bar being hit and Chungy missing a sitter but for the most part it was fairly even. The players didn't get into full gears and we ended up finishing the game with a weakened squad.

Managed to chat with a few of the players and staff after the match and they all seem a good bunch, they're just after getting back to full fitness at this stage so the results will come i'm sure.

It was a training match, nothing more nothing less. Good thing for FC Tampa Bay is that it makes their season and from a motivational stand point takes away all their excuses for underachieving. Hope OC has seen enough to make a trip to Florida an annual occurrence.

Just a reminder that we're facing Orlando at 12.30am hopefully they'll be showing the game like Tampa did.

Did the local papers see it  that way, or do they think Tampa Bay are ready for the English Premiership?

Aye, the big man seems to have taken straight to American culture! Still awesome to hear him talk about 'us' though.

Orlando had a tough match last night against a good team in Rochester. Also FYI their field is synthetic turf.
