Aye but he might struggle to make an impact on the pitch if he has an arsehole the size of a manhole cover courtesy of the sisters from Shawshank clink!

True dat - Diouf's hardly MBE material - but Barton's proved himself a lot more useful than Morrison. I'm not sure the kid will ever fulfil his potential, and he wouldn't be the first to fail to do so. Remember Billy Kenny, described by the hardly hyperbolic Peter Beardsley as the "Goodison Gazza"? Morrison might need a change of scene but in this case our proximity might be counter-productive, he could do with getting the hell out ofBwfcDan wrote:Nothing wrong with a trouble maker as long as he's a decent player. FAR more trouble than he's worth, that little scrote
Just found it interesting that the name had been mentioned in despatches here. And for the record while we're at it I think the writer (Iles?) is ruling out Henri Lansbury far quicker than Coyle might.

Then again, if we get Reo-Coker in, getting another midfielder is quite pointless. Lansbury can play on either wing as well so it wouldn't be that bad in his case.

Let's hope so, David, I like Lansbury - and his mum would add a touch of glamour to the director's box of a game-day

I'd be too scared not to.
After all, she's murdered so many and got away with it that you'd have to do as you are told.

Somehow the idea of you doing what you're told seems a bit unrealisticLofthouse Lower wrote:I'd be too scared not to.

That Liam Chronnell is on a fast-track to my enemies list.
Been a long while since I read such obvious tripe as that he puts in print.

What about Max Gradel from Leeds £3 mill apparently or Rob Snodgrass both played well against Arsenal and looked decent in Championship last season! Also think we should have a look at Nicky Maynard from Bristol looks like hes got something about him!

Really gradel and snodgrass shite!! How much do you think itll take for Maynard £5 mill??? or more. How do you conclude that gradel and snodgrass are shite, i think good prospects and could grow into quality players with a good sell on fee under Coyle, gradel new Lennon and he wouldnt be sold for less than £15 mill

1) I've seen them play
2) How come no-one else has taken a punt?
3) New Lennon? No evidence of this - he's a dribbler who dives = that's the only similarity

Maynard just signed a new contract and I'm agreeing with LL here the other two aren't up to it.

Lansbury could also thrive in the advanced-midfield part of a 4-2-3-1... if we played it.jmjhb wrote:Then again, if we get Reo-Coker in, getting another midfielder is quite pointless. Lansbury can play on either wing as well so it wouldn't be that bad in his case.

More chance of Coyle going back to Burnley than of us shifting from 4-4-2, IMO

Haha ok fair does, but i dobnt think just cause no-one else has taken a punt should be a put off factor! Any chances of taking Bellamy on loan or permanent signing this season that would be a quality signing winger and striker in one!

I would walk over hot coals to get Bellamy to BWFC, but he's too expensive for us
