shakers
be rude not to pop down to Gigg on Wednesday night, anyone know if this is this a first team outing or just for the kids?
Re: shakers
First team outing. Very tempted to go, got alot of Bury supporting friends but a bit cautious of there being lots of trouble outside.General Mannerheim wrote:be rude not to pop down to Gigg on Wednesday night, anyone know if this is this a first team outing or just for the kids?

To be fair Caps those Bury fans are quite intimidating. Saw them both last week.CAPSLOCK wrote:Don't be so mardLiOC wrote:First team outing. Re: shakers
If it didn't cost nearly £40 just get to Bury and back I'd be tempted to go with tickets only being £12

Like I said above, was taking my nephew, now just taking me due to fear of my sister after she hears crowd trouble on the news... and his safety.CAPSLOCK wrote:Don't be so mardLiOC wrote:First team outing. I used to get freebies for Bury when I was at school, remember going once with a load of mates and some hero walked down at the bottom of the stand wearing a Bolton shirt

Be getting train/bus though and if I remember last time I went, you have to go via town centre and walk/bus/taxi from there.General Mannerheim wrote:there will be trouble in town centre, nowt surer. but i wouldnt worry about taking the young uns along to the ground.

Should be fine if we show no colours though, I may take my chances with him (his Dad is a dirty man u fan so I need to show him the light)

So. The old 'kids only' wooden stand on the corner has gone then ?
I hope you can still swap ends at half-time.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

No way are we donating £60+ to those half breeds in Bury!!!! The place should be shut down as a public health risk
