I think the Jerome deal is a seperate entity. And I still think that's the one most likely to happen. Although if Jerome was brought in with another striker- a goalscorer!- I wouldn't be too fussed. Davies, Klasnic, Jerome and ??? would put us in a much stronger position that we are now.

maybe he's looking at Anthony Stokes..... Coyles type of player (young with protentional), played before in the prem (sunderland 3 years back) and is a fan favourite at Celtic plus he's got the ability in front of goal... last season he bagged 19 goals plus 16 assists

Young to me but from a footballing point of view you are correct usually footballers are going into their prime at this age so would be a good addition to our strikeforce!
