About 65 million. But Arsenal will not offer more than 12 million for Cahill, but throw in Lansbury in as a loan

Then Europa it is for next season. Maybe then you will have a chance to finally win some silverware.Abs wrote:Eboue 3.5seanworth wrote:Timing makes sense as well. Arsenal now have a sh#tload of cash to spend.

Bolton news saying no bid received for Cahill as of this lunch time.
Nixon says Cahill not a target for Liverpool.
That puts an end to that.

Dunno, but Coyle is, or so OC says. Which is why he reacted so angrily to all the Cahill to Liverpool stuff the other week, cos presumably he knew it was bollocks.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:Why, is Nixon also Dalglish's mate?
Coyle will know who might bid for Cahill and who won't!

Not at all. But that together with the BN putting u a special story this pm to deny the rumours, is a bit stronger than some random rumours that aren't being reported in mainstream media.jmjhb wrote:BWFC_I blindly taking everything Nixon says as gospel, dear me

Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread
Why would Coyle know who might bid and who might not? Does he ring round every manager from Pep to Alan Knill? It's not a computer game where a little asterisk appears by Cahill's name listing all the clubs watching him.
We'll see. They might be interested, they might not. But the BN has been wrong/slow before and Nixon isn't hardwired into Dalglish's brain. If they decide to go for Cahill, they won't ring Nicko first.

Come on DSB you know what it's like, managers and agents talk. So do chairmen, scouts and coaches. Of course by now Coyle will know which of the elite clubs might bid. Presumably the ones who have registered an interest. People have been so keen all summer to believe any half baked Cahill rumour, I don't know why. Coyle keeps saying we've had no bids.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:Why would Coyle know who might bid and who might not? Does he ring round every manager from Pep to Alan Knill? We have also had dialogue with Liverpool over NGog, it's not like the two clubs won't have spoken!

Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread
Hopefully today will give us a great bargaining position with any potential bidders, it's also cemented Cahill as one of my Bolton favorites for the last few years.
Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread
Might have to put his price up a bit after tonight. Great goal.
Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread
Fcuk great goal, great performance CB masterclass, compensating for 20p head.

Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread
Apparently Arsenal's chief scout was at QPR yesterday, I wonder if someone let Cahill know before kickoff.
He's definitely off now.
