Get that Bruce photo back up.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Who cares. Wright Phillips is an expensive luxury that we don't need.

Chung will be back in a year, so there's no point throwing upwards of £7m at him for fee and wages when he'll be superfluous to our needs in twelve months.

A reasonable point.

But we could do with someone for the next twelve months.

And I was right. We wouldn't be signing SWriPip before the City game. Or after.

If SWP has chosen QPR then I'm really happy we dodged a bullet with him.

That's not sour grapes, but any player who would choose QPR over Bolton, well, they aren't in the game for a right reasons.

Agreed... on the other hand if its bollocks and he actually choses us even with the lowest wage on offer I take it all back...

Meh, if QPR were offering me twice what Bolton were, I'd probably go there too.

I know we dicked them 4-0, but the gulf isn't that big, especially if they're going to throw money at it over the next week (with Barton etc.).

LL's point is a good one also.

I haven't seen the photo's to which you are referring. If I think they're blatently racist, I might well complain about them. Then again, I might not.

What I definitely won't do is attempt to justify things that others find offensive, just because I don't.

Plenty of rumours in the last hour that SWP has chosen QPR. Cnut.

Ladbrokes wouldn't in any way benefit financially if people were under the illusion that he might sign, would they?

I thought it was a bit much. I'm not scandalised, and as has been pointed out, internetz and serious business, but I'd go as far as 'uncool'. But then some people might find it funny to buy their jewish friends a comedy Hitler mug. It was more David Brent than David Irvine.

Not even remotely a fair comparison Pru.

Yeah.

I'm interested in the reasons why you say its not comparable.
