How many players have we had in the last decade that'd fit under this criteria and turned out to be any good? Nolan, Hunt, O'Brien, Vaz Te, Basham? Jon Walters?

I'm not really sure how that compares to other clubs, but mainly our academy has existed solely to populate the lower leagues. Anyone who really stands out at a young age, like Bartley, goes elsewhere.
