Where are you going tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Just about to set off for a 100 (ish) mile journey which should take 2 hours and will, undoubtedly, be double that. It's pissing down too so pithching the tent should be fun.
In this weather

Bet you'll be back home by midnight 8)

Indeed. For me it's Dimitri's or nowt. Which, I suppose, is why I'm interested. Especially if it means that I don't have to stand around watching folk eat and drink for an hour.

Don't bother mate.. Seriously don't bother. It's the sort of place where you'd have a company christmas do.. I just wanted to eat my food (which was pretty shit) drink my wine (which was pretty shit). But no.. The fat, sweaty proprietor insists that you go up and fecking dance, whilst he lobs plates about.. I wanted to chin the prick. He could see it too, so he left me alone.

Only highlights were the lager (some Greek stuff named Mythos, which was very nice) and the rather fit party of girls on a hen do (which gives you a clue about the kind of place that it is).

Steer well clear

thats the first negative thing ive ever heard about Dimitris.

FWIW, i used to be in there regular when i worked near by, and its still my first choice if we go into town now. tremendous! better than El Rincon, IMO and thats a BOLD statement.

Not sure it was about Dimitris, General. I think it was about some other Greek place, Bazooki by Night, but the thread is a bit confusing. There's plenty negative about Dimitris on Trip Advisor if you care to look but most of it nonsense. it remains my favourite restaurant in Manchester.

Wish folk would stop referring to Manchester as 'town' when 'town' is Bolton and 'Manchester' is Manchester

Not true. "Town" is Manchester.

"Bolton" is a football club.

What do Salfordians call Salford? (Steady now )

Anyway, is anyone else in work today or is it just me?

I don't recognise the concept of Salford. Whilst being a City, it seems to have missed the entire concept of having a "town." :-)

Looks like, at the last count-up, it's just you working. :-)

Again, not true. "Town" is where you live. Manchester is a City, work and an airport.

Then, you are quite clearly 'mancified'

I'd keep it quiet if I was you
