N'gog has pace, trickery, he CAN score goals and his first touch is sublime at times. Yes he has off days, but he also has some days where he looked like he could fill in for Torres.

I am gutted we lost this guy at 22. Give it a few years and some good experience under him and he'll be easily worth 3 times as much.

Hope he scores for you against the Scum.
thanks for your words, hope that you are right and he fulfills his obvious potential

My particular highlights

"quality, young prospect to Bolton."

Ngog, Darren Pratley, Nigel Reo-Coker, Chris Eagles, Tyrone Mears, Tuncay, Dedryck Boyata and Gael Kakuta since the summer transfer window opened.
Plenty of pace and creativity injected into our squad this summer. It remains to be seen whether it will be used to its full potential, but the intent is there.

Best transfer window we've had in years, probably since about 2004.

Well precisely. I'm not, so i don't understand why they can't just google whatever they want.

I'd say the deal should involve not trying to shoe-horn an Arsenal discussion into every single thread.

At work I was being told Jerome was coming here and Cahill was off. I'm obviously chuffed. really hope people aren't expecting Sturridge MkII. I'm happy with N'Gog, but he isn't Sturridge good. He isn't particularly quick at all, and he isn't the bustling, greedy goal grabber Sturridge is. However, his movement when I've seen him has been very good, and he can finish. Klasnic sort of player, but less dead eyed, and more mobile. On the one hand I'm happy, but on the other I'm frustrated that LCY and Holden are both out, otherwise I think we'd be set for a cracker. If Kakuta can contribute, we're more than set IMO though.

Holden is back though. May be in squad for Man Utd I think after his 80 minutes last night!

After five months out, with no pre-season. I meant those two fit to play a major part.

Heard three weeks for Holden now, which is very close and very good for us.
Good signings made today, I think we've done very well this window, especially with the bonus of Cahill staying!!!
