A little bit of pace at full back would be nice, but Coyle obviously doesn't see him as a full-back.. but somehow sees him as a central midfielder??!!

Robinson as an individual unrelated to our sluggishness after a change of possession or failure to defend critical space, but I think Robbo against most of the PL will give us a 7/10. I too thought he was rubbish when we signed him but I don't think he's let us down really - that was reflected in him being considred in our POTY conversations...

Of course we do do!! Companies and other fields of sport employ specialists to enhance their efficiency so why not a football club? Or is the pride of a manager the most important thing?
I said years ago we should and if we had one he should be shot!

There will be someone in the coaching staff who is responsible for the defense. I remember when Zat Knight scored last season he went and celebrated with whoever it was. Maybe we do need a new one though.

So here's to you Mister Robinson,
All the goals,
They come from down your flank,
That's really wank.

Don't you remember
At Wem-ber-ly
By half time when Stoke had gotten three
It made me pee.

I'd like for you to tackle,
Well before the ball comes in,
Just once or twice,
That would be nice.

Instead of pointing aimlessly
At Martin Petrov,
Knight or Chung Yong Lee
Just shut your gob,
And do your job

Or a player for the pub you'll always be...

So here's to you Mister Robinson etc. etc...

Should I mail the Nobel Prize for Literature now or can you wait until December?

It was late, I'd travelled home off holiday, I was pissed.

All things considered, I was rather proud of myself for being able to type...

:D I haven't done Karaoke since that fateful drunken holiday night when I opted for Elton John's "Candle in the Wind" - only to discover that as the words appeared on the screen that they had his Diana tribute version "Goodbye England's Rose" or whatever it was! :vomit: left me scarred for life!

Karaoke tip (as shared with HRG on twitter last weekend): Can't Take My Eyes Off You. Everybody knows it, everybody loves it, easy verse and singalong chorus.

Do we need a defensive coach? Nah, we just need LuckyVoice.com...
