I'm in - ideas for scoopage venue? GG's train gets into Victoria I think - there's a Wetherspoons there - then its only a couple of stops on the victoria line from there....
Its about 25 min Bish from Victoria on the tube with a change if you go to Arsenal or a short walk from Finsbury Park. Can meet there but might be easier for others if we met nearer the ground? What was that pub we went to before? Was it the Drayton Arms?

aye - Drayton Arms is traditional - quite small if memory serves... but eminently scoopageable...

Big Red's about 10 minutes walk from the ground. They sell John Smiths and a couple of other bitters as well as Hoogarden (sp). Drayton Arms is okay as it's opposite the away end but the jukebox is superb in Big Red.

Nearest tubes Drayton Arms - Arsenal (Gillespie Road) Station
Big Red - Holloway Road

Not bothered which, as long as Brucie's buying.

We did the sightseeing bit on Saturday, cos I do love the odd 4.50 pint

Went in that gay place (Admiral something or other) that got bombed to see how the other 1% live

Pity I didn't stumble on the Hoegaarden otherwise I'd have sacked the match off completely

I'm not fussed. Suppose i'm gonna have to go incognito if i'm gonna sit with a whole load of Bolton fans anyway so it doesn't matter to me...

I would call that more of a pairing up.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

I would, but it would involve a c. 1700 mile round trip for me to do so.
