What are you playing tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Funny you should mention them, given the Carcass and Napalm Death connection now Bill Steer is in them.
One of the happiest days of the bassist in my old band's life was when we played this shitty gig at a pub called VIENNA in Nottingham with Gent's Pistols - it was Bill's first gig with them.

Cracking band.

I guess this is the nearest thread to post this, since it is music...

So, I'm farting about on internet about work stuff in my 'office' next door to kitchen where my wife is cooking fish tagine, that I know is going to be amazing, and she is listening to radio 3, and suddenly shouts 'listen'... And it's Manuel de Falla's 'Three Cornered Hat' - important to us because I dramatised the story for a production by the Dukes Playhouse, Lancaster... And we end up with fish tagine, fizzy wine, Spanish music all night (because de Falla is only the first of live concert of music from or inspired by Spain, played by BBC Phil, and we keep with the whole concert... It ends with Ravel's Bolero... )

And we are waving our arms in the air, and are, perhaps, in Cordoba, the city we love most of all in the entire world... But, anyway, have had a great night thanks to Spanish composers, the inspiration of Spain for other composers, and... the BBC... Lucky us... :D

The Millers Dance from Three Cornered Hat is an all time favourite. De Falla, Ibaniz, Tarrega, Bizet, Ravel, love em.

Finally bought and thus heard for the first time Iced Earth

3 songs for $10

Didn't love it, was expecting it to be the same as Iron Maiden.

Got to put it on again, it was good.

The 3rd Song was Accoustic for the first 5 minutes.

There is two of another CD, which is what I was going to buy before finding the 1 copy of the one I ended up buying.

I want to buy 1 of them soon. It's got four songs.
