What are you eating and drinking tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

You could roll back to yours from there.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

The new one in Harwood? Is it actually open?

The one that's in the old Sally Up Steps was pretty good...
The very fella, Wil. I was rather expecting something announcing its opening to come through the door.

Just been up The Pack Horse in Affetside with former next door neighbours (and fantastic friends). The fish pie was absolutely superb.
yeah, had a few good ones there... though not the fish pie... Walked there several times... but never back

I was rather expecting the Nam Ploy's front door to be open when they decided the restaurant was... It always looks closed when i go past...
The fish pie's an September / October special, Will. Actually, on clearer reflection, it wasn't absolutely superb at all - it was enjoyable. A fish pie benefits from smoked haddock (of which this had none) it most certainly doesn't benefit from Calamari (of which it has some). Veg was crisp and perfect though.
May the bridges I burn light your way

I've been busy in the kitchen tonight. Made some cakes this morning and with a little help from my mum and a friend, iced them tonight. They're for the twins first birthday on saturday!

The owl was easier to do then the sheep, cos it was a flat surface!

If they're proper marshmallows they might melt if she fridges them btw.

Anyway, sticking to the proper stuff, bottle of Ch Bellevue La Foret Fronton.

No Roquefort though. Pity.

Hungry after postponing eating until after poetry reading... Swerved into sainsbury, bought ready made spag bol - 4 mins in the microwave and chianti riserva on 'half price' offer...

Chianti was fine...

'Food' hit the bin shortly after second mouthful...

I really should know better... Ready meals are simply unspeakably shite, shite, shite!

Did mushrooms on toast... Much better...
