I've found summat else to be cross about!!
back in February my bike was nicked (I was cross about it on here!)
it was never recovered and the Insurance paid out (in April)
as part of the process you have to send them both sets of keys, registration doc, MOT certificate - the lot! As they have paid out - if it is ever found it is legally theirs to do with what they want.
today I discover that they have used the DD details from my last policy (that they paid out on) - to automatically renew my insurance on that very bike for another year!!! The bike that I don't own because if it is ever found THEY own it!!

I phoned them and put them straight in no uncertain terms!!
back in February my bike was nicked (I was cross about it on here!)
