Wouldn't that be lovely. However I doubt we could even begin to afford his wage and it may just be that his loe affair with us isn't deep enough to take a huge salary hit. Nice thought tho.TKIZ! wrote:http://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/sport/wa ... sea_blues/?
Loan as part of the Cahill deal? Would love The Elk back at the Bok
Plus he's a PSG fan, has always said he'd like to play for them and they seem now to be cash rich.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Agree with the PSG thing but if they really cash rich I can see them going after someone like Kalou or a younger model. I'm under no allusions that Anelka would come back here but it would be a great acquisitionbobo the clown wrote:Wouldn't that be lovely. We've had to put up with a lot of s**ite recently but could you see to it that you deliver us Nicholas Anelka in time for Wolves on Boxing Day, plus Premier League survival? I promise me and the rest of the gang at The Wanderer will be good boys and girls.
Yours

Click Lancashire is the worst of all the shit transfer stories.
However, we didn't play Rodrigo at all, and then decided we were desperate to pay £5mil for him, so who knows.

And the sad thing is Rodrigo has looked very good at Benfica. I think you are slightly doing a bit of a disservice to Rodrigo there, Tom. He would have been a very handy player to have at this precise moment in time and inject some much need skill and pace into the teamTombwfc wrote:Click Lancashire is the worst of all the shit transfer stories.

I wasn't slating him, I meant what I said. He apparently is a good player and it looks as though we knew it, even though we didn't play him. Could be the same with Kakuta (but probably isn't, because Click Lancashire is bollocks).

There was talk of Weiss, Wilshere and Sturridge permanent deals on that site, I'm pretty sure. Disregard until we know which division (if any) we're in next year.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Maybe we should play Kakuta a bit more you never know we might get the best out of him

Re: CH's all singing all dancing transfer gossip thread on t
Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle is not worrying about having any money to spend to boost his squad in the January transfer window.
The Trotters are currently stuck in the Premier League relegation zone after losing 10 of their 13 games so far this season.
Coyle, who could face a fight to hang on to England defender Gary Cahill in the New Year, improved his ranks with the summer additions of the likes of David Ngog, Chris Eagles and Tyrone Mears.
However, he is not expecting to have any further funds at his disposal in January and will have to be creative if he wants to bring in fresh faces to boost Bolton's survival bid.
"I've not had money anywhere I have been before," Coyle told the Bolton News.
"I came to the club two years ago, second-bottom of the league, and never spent a penny.
"We had to be inventive bringing in Stuart Holden, Jack Wilshere and Vladimir Weiss.
"If you don't have money, then there are ways and means of improving your team.
"If we do have the luxury of spending money, then great, but it's not something I'm beating myself up about. Whatever hand you are dealt you make the best of it.
"I'm at a fantastic club with great people and we all have to make sure we get ourselves out of the dangerous area we're in."
Businesswoman of the year.

I think if Gary Cahill goes to chelsea we should try getting this Lukaku on loan as part of the deal!
