I don't blame you mate.BwfcDan wrote:Paid for my ticket a couple of week ago but I've got my money back now. Does this make me a bad fan? I've thought I'd start regretting as it got closer to the game but to be fair, I'm not bothered in the slightest. Spurs 6-0 Bolton.

Re: Cold Mashed Spuds v Bolton (the official match thread).
Today's BN claims Boyata and N'gog are fit and training and in contention for Saturday. Has to be a big plus. Not sure they'll displace any of the TW side really. Few changes needed to that though:
Crazyhorse in goal (he's a big un and might get few goalkicks to land to one of us instead of Jussi's crossbar challenge wallops) and LK can be the midfield general with Bolton Boris for a mate. Bruce and Abdoulay's Twin in central defence (they're both about six-feet thirteen) and we should utilise Pru's coaching skills and make him manager for the day. Gooner Girl's left footed so she can play wide left in a boob tube, hotpants and fishnets. That'll distract the opposition and allow Enfield to break his personal best running time and charge down the middle to score. The rest just foul and flatten anybody in the way. Thebish can be captain and bamboozle the ref with his arguments and WTW can distract the opposition by organising protest marches along the touchlines. Can't fail.

Found out My Sisters Boyfriend goes for Tottenham
(Because Darren Bent went from Charlton to Spuds)
He also met and chatted with Taylor Swift Last Summer!
Bolton will surely win this fixture now!
Will be watching Late Saturday night, we'll win for sure. (or even draw!!)

This is a fixture we can win, lose or draw.

Don't try to be a great man. Just be a man and let history make up its own mind.

You rang?
It can go one of three ways this game..
We can lose with a bit of self respect and maybe grab one ourselves.
We can get beat with a bit of a damp squib
We can get mothertruckin' t*atted into oblivion

Very upset I'm not getting a game. Think you could use some silky Gooner skills, bit of pace on the wing?
Pfffft.
Re: Cold Mashed Spuds v Bolton (the official match thread).
I'm still holding out blind hope for getting absolutely savaged for ninety-three minutes as they hit the bar, post, anything constantly, Jussi playing out of his skin, and then, right at the death, a Fabrice Muamba penalty to win it.boltonboris wrote:You rang?

Well, we didn't get a fitting tribute for Lofty!

I was with you until the idea that Muamba would be allowed to take a penalty while there was any other player on the pitch!Prufrock wrote:I'm still holding out blind hope for getting absolutely savaged for ninety-three minutes as they hit the bar, post, anything constantly, Jussi playing out of his skin, and then, right at the death, a Fabrice Muamba penalty to win it.boltonboris wrote:You rang?

Part of me thinks we might have a 'do it for Speedo' attitude. Then I remember after Nat had died and our pathetic performance!

I remember going there for the 6-0 drubbing in 2001 (was it?). Its not exactly one of our favourite hunting grounds.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

I remember us winning there though, when I think Okocha hit the post 33 times!Lord Kangana wrote:I remember going there for the 6-0 drubbing in 2001 (was it?). Its not exactly one of our favourite hunting grounds.
