I've been to 3 games this season: ManU, Norwich and Everton. Played poorly in all of them.

I saw the Citeh game on telly and we seemed to play well in that one, looked like a decent game. If we did that every week I'd be a happy bunny. It's the fact that we're losing miserably, playing beneath ourselves, that's hard to take. Disagree with Wandering Willy that another manager wouldn't have dealt with things better and got more from the players / team. Another manager would have got us set up so we'd been in a lot more games than we have been.

Having said that I just want OC to start winning. He's still learning, maybe he can turn things around. But he needs to have learned something from the shambolic performances.
The players you fail to sign never lose you any money.

If Cahill had just played a simple ball up the line to another Bolton player and not try and play like Franz Beckenbauer with a fancy drag back -none of what happened would have.

heavy use of the shoehorn there, Peter - to make an entirely irrelevant point! (and one you've already made!)

CAPS is alleging that the sending off was Coyles fault because he picked Zat Knight - and consequently Zat Knight passed the ball to Cahill and Cahill was FORCED to do what he did - which led to the foul - and FORCED the ref to have a brainfart and send him off.

it's impeccable logic...
Seems that Coyle agrees....

He's going to involve NGog and Tuncay from the start???

I will believe that when I see it!

If it's Tuncay on the wing.....I give up!

You're just building our hopes up now.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Is there anybody left to publicly criticise, Owen?

You looked in the mirror recently?

Should we not be able to expect though that, not only as a professional footballer but also an England international playing at the top level of the game, Cahill be at least able, as an absolute minimum requirement, to control the fecking thing without having to nice person it down the line? :conf:

The majority agree before todays game.
Even a win today won't change the majoritys mind.
After the last win against Stoke, it didn't change things too much and the next three games were back to the normal dross.

Without getting into the why's and wherefore's, have you done a poll? Even the one on here is edged in OC's favour.

I wasn't advocating one, but you can't state the majority of peoples' views based on fresh air thinking or personal opinion.

Are you looking at the poll on here??

To be given time indefinate 26 31%
To given to Christmas 22 26%
Couple of games 10 12%
Immediate to go 27 32%

The couple of games end today, Christmas 2 week off. Lose today and the 10 votes must come to mean immediate and the 22 votes will be immediate in 2 weeks.

Even without any of these votes the out immediately beat the Indefinate votes 27 to 26.

Apparently we can't sack him, would cost £7 million to do, and we don't have the money to do it.

Relegation will cost a hell of a lot more so can't see that being an issue.. if they feel a change is a must then it will happen..
