Yet another defeat. I have no faith in this squad to win again this season under the current regime. I pray to whoever is listening that I'm wrong.

I feel positive about this one that we may manage only a narrow defeat thanks to a Jussi wonder-display and managing to keep our full complement of players on. Late Klasnic 'consolation' in a 2-1 loss. We'll have been unlucky, had a nailed-on penalty appeal turned down and maybe our luck will change the following match and a corner will then be turned. After all, there's too much quality in the team to go down, we're only a few wins in a row from next to bottom and if it wasn't for the injuries....The spirit in the squad is the best it's ever been and our manager is quoted as having a lot of respect for Martin Jol. Blah-di-bloody-blah. Still think 'll go though!

Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more;
Or close the wall up with our English dead.
In peace there's nothing so becomes a man
As modest stillness and humility:
But when the blast of war blows in our ears,
Then imitate the action of the tiger;
Stiffen the sinews, summon up the blood,
Disguise fair nature with hard-favour'd rage;
Then lend the eye a terrible aspect;
Let pry through the portage of the head
Like the brass cannon; let the brow o'erwhelm it
As fearfully as doth a galled rock
O'erhang and jutty his confounded base,
Swill'd with the wild and wasteful ocean.
Now set the teeth and stretch the nostril wide,
Hold hard the breath and bend up every spirit
To his full height. On, on, you noblest English.
Whose blood is fet from fathers of war-proof!
Fathers that, like so many Alexanders,
Have in these parts from morn till even fought
And sheathed their swords for lack of argument:
Dishonour not your mothers; now attest
That those whom you call'd fathers did beget you.
Be copy now to men of grosser blood,
And teach them how to war. And you, good yeoman,
Whose limbs were made in England, show us here
The mettle of your pasture; let us swear
That you are worth your breeding; which I doubt not;
For there is none of you so mean and base,
That hath not noble lustre in your eyes.
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'

He's a cheery old card," grunted Harry to Jack,
Yet he did for them both with his plan of attack

0 - 4 with Knight sent off for being a c*nt.
Can't make it again. Royally pissed off. Don't care about the result, I've seen us get dicked there more times than I care to mention. Including the "can't be f*cking arsed" performance in 2008. Fulham's a very civilised away day.

I had erased that from my memory until you mentioned it.

I remember when me, Enfield and AT were leaving the ground that year, a Fulham fan came up to us and said "what the f*ck has happened to Nolan? He used to be really good".

It wasn't just us who saw it.

But for anyone that missed that one, they re-enacted it last season, about 10 days after Wembley.

I'll be there - look forward to seeing the usual suspects at the Eight Bells. Are you stopping down in the evening Bruce?

Not sure, but 4 options are allowed to be made and their are four options for Bolton winning. (The boat race being the other one.)

I wish I made it 5 choices allowed! :whack:

Foxtel have no put up that Bolton are on Live! :D

I should look up the picture I posted the other week to help out the team!
