May the bridges I burn light your way

A cooking course! How delightfully bourgeois.
But anyway, asparagus at 2am is an interesting choice.

She had to do it at her boarding school.
Anyway, due to the lateness of the hour and perhaps blood alcohol level I didn't quite write in full sentences. I didn't have asparagus wrapped in bacon last night (I wish I had!) I was attempting a reply/talking at Jaffka with his Pancetta shout. Is one girlf cooks when I do see her, and is, it must be said, fecking awesome!

In a world that has decided
That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.

Fish, chips and mushy peas.
They're dirty, they're filthy, they're never gonna last.

Large jacket spud, cauliflower cheese and grilled bacon.
Si Deus pro nobis, quis contra nos?
Re: What are you eating and drinking tonight?
smoked salmon on toast with poached egg, glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, a zesty lemon yoghurt, mug of strong tea.
Re: What are you eating and drinking tonight?
Ah tea. Im getting back into a nice brew since discovering Roobus. Never really been one for 'Gay Tea' as its termed in our office, as most seem to smell lovely and taste of sweet FA, but Roobus rocks.
Uma mesa para um, faz favor. Obrigado.

Anyway, enough about tea and malt loaf, never mind the smelly pish, the real foodie question of late has been wtf did my girlfriends mum put in the Sunday dinner
For 48 hours I was, erm, how can I put this....................perky?
The only thing I could put it down to was chestnuts, but after a week trying different chestnut recipes, it seems it wasn't them. I can only narrow it down to Pheasant or duck meat cos apart from that I eat everything else we had on a fairly regular basis and haven't noticed any particular change.
Shame really, at my age, I need all the help I can get.

Do you eat lots of garlic regularly?

Could you not just change the "D" to a "P", to get the congregation wondering?thebish wrote:in case anyone is looking for a whiskey-related gift...
