Was just thinking of the (very broad) similarities between two players whose families relocated from Africa when they were young... different too of course, they left under very different circumstances...

Three As at A-level though, that's reasonably impressive...
Maths, Business Studies and IT as well, not exactly General Studies either.

Fair play to the lad, he seems like he's got his head screwed on unlike the majority of the other numpties out there (like that Emmanuel Frimpong bloke)

Jordan Rhodes is a must after watching tonight's game. Tottenham scouts including Joe Jordan were there and looked pretty delighted with his display all 5 goals had something different and his movement is first class.

On another note Danny Ward also had a blinder tonight must have had 3 assists good buy for Huddersfield!

Nixon being very flirty over on twitter that Coyle is interested in a 'attacker'. Not saying it's Rhodes, he'll have better offers than a team in a relegation scrap, but still get your two cents in 8)

Rhodes would cost far too much for us, as stated previously WHU have had bid turned down, but Nicky Maynard, available for about 1 and half Million, could possably do a job for us.

Ayee, the Rhodes deal has Arsenal written all over it to me. Probably during the summer if/when Huddersfield finally win promotion.

Rhodes wouldn't have been afforded a single one of those opportunities in the prem (well, unless Zat Knight was meant to be picking him up).

The rumours on Twitter (Not mentioning his name) is that we have enquired about Junior Hoilett from Blackburn.

He was highly rated last season but his form has dropped a bit this. 21 year old so still learning.

He is out of contract in the summer so they may want to cash in on him. Now whether he would want to come to us is a different matter.

You have not factored in the Venky's. Nothing is predictable where they are concerned.

If the rumours are right or not, there is plenty of mileage in this for winding up rovers fans.

5M is being talked about by that twitterer. I think it would be a mistake. Young lad who has regressed a bit this season. Could go either way with his career.

Far too big a risk at this stage for me. And not what we need IMO!

From what I've seen definite improvement on Eagles and Petrov. Him and CYL when he's back next year in the Championship would be a dream combination.

Spurs are supposed to be after him. WTF would he come to us, especially since you already have us relegated?

Blackburn Town Hall. No steps. Rubbish. We'll have to use ours, or else climb on the roof and moon over the veranda.
