If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Please. Don't encourage him. ;)
I don't think he needs any encouragement from us. He's got the running bug.

10 miles done. Feel really good as it was bang on 9 minute miling which was exactly what I intended. Good foundation for what's going to be a tough few months.
Well done, it'll all be worth it! 10 miles is the furthest i have ever run in one go, can't imagine doing a marathon!

What charity are you running for? Let us know when you get your sponsor form up.

Just getting back into it after man flu, so did a week 4 session from the NHS schedule. Pissed it - so added a bit more on at the end. This was on the back of 90 mins 5-a-side.

I'm going to curl up in a ball now!

Cheers guys. Just realised that my next run will be on Tuesday, and I'm tied up Tuesday evening, so I'm going to have to get up and do it before I go to work. That's going to be tough. Very tough.

Park runs are on Saturday mornings. Our handicap race (last Saturday in the month) is 3 weeks away. You're welcome to join me. Seriously.

You found a nearer one? That's no distance. No excuse then. Either run with Martin in Enfield or get your arse over to walthamstow one Saturday morning.
