Turn it down?
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

But the best bit is the nutmeggy skin on the top. You'll not get that on the hob.Gooner Girl wrote:Making mine on the hob, it's quicker.

What Bruce said! Went to the Arndale for a wonderfully disgusting KFC on Friday lunchtime with people from Uni, one of the girls went to Taco bell and came back with (amongst other things) a tub of that American spray on cheese. Bleurgh. That had fecking skin on it! Cheese, that's liquid, with skin on. Vomtastic.

Tonight it's local Pheasant courtesy of our butcher. Was meant for yesterday's Sunday lunch but we ended up eating out at La Scala (Surprisingly disappointing I have to say) instead. It's looking like roasted bird on a bed of lightly creamed sprouts.

Stick some Pancetta in your creamy sprouts

Had the remains of yesterday's stew over fried sliced potatoes. Delicious.

Nah - absolutely superb nosebag.
Shared a tandoori mixed grill and chicken pakoras for starters, then I had a saag murgh tikka handi for main with a chapati, finished with a lemon sorbet. Seriously fecking superb!

Reckon they've got it pretty much spot-knacker-on tbh. I'm a flavours man, not a heat man, and reckon they've caught it just about right, well, for me anyway. Service is second to none and valet parking to boot. Only downside is that the beer's all night club prices for fiddly diddly bottles.boltonboris wrote:Only been in a couple of times, it is nice..
