I think the Oracle is suggesting that in his new tweet it's Raheem Sterling of Bin Dippers but I thought we'd established that he can't be loaned because he's not old enough?

Thought the age for loans was 17? Would mean Sterling could go on loan now as his birthday was between summer and now. Unless it's age at the start of the season, or more bizarrely, that weird thing they do where it is age on the 1 Jan in which the season begins. Weirdos. Anyone?!
