A 5ft6 18 year old? FINALLY, we're signing someone I reckon I could take in a fight. :D

Nah, I've never seen the lad play, doubt many Bolton fans can claim to have, but it sounds like nice ambition all the same and he does look quite good on that youtube video.

Probably don't really have much chance and as your man above says, sounds a bit like when we tried to get Thiago.

Owen Coyle's Bolton have made a surprise swoop on neighbours Blackburn for their midfielder Junior Hoilett.

Also I hear Jlloyd is now playing his club football in Iran for Esteghlal Tehran.

shows how we're all fishing in different ponds!!!
Chelsea target Hulk will not force a move away from Porto in the January transfer window – although his agent has hinted that a summer move for less than his £83m release clause could be a possibility – Metro

Thiago, mentioned above - we reckon to have been a fraction away from getting him in the summer

If yon Argie is lined up for Chelsea (as some reports suggest) it may be he gets a word in his ear that he is to come play with us

Looks good, and could have been an AVB tip-off as part of the Cahill deal, seeing as Josh McEachran is seemingly off to Swansea. I'm guessing we had first dibs on him, so if we did and aren't getting him, maybe this lad is the reason why?

I'm fully aware that there's loads of implied "if's" in there. :)

Lost me there, Caps. What Argie? We can't loan anybody else off Chelsea unless we buy Kakuta.

Prepare for us to borrow a fleet-footed Iberian youngster, keep him on the bench for months, then offer £5m in summer

In all seriousness though 4-2-3-1 does better suit these jinkin' wide boys

I think CAPS is suggesting that we have done a deal with Chelsea (a Cahill sweetener) to the effect that Chelsea lean on Porto and promise to buy Iturbe next season - but that as part of the deal they first agree to loan him to us so that he can acclimatise and chelsea can get a good look at how he performs in the Barclays Premier League..

so it would be Porto that loan him to us - and chelsea buy him in the summer...

or summat like that...

(A Centre-Back he is not though!!!)

I have visions of him making all these great runs and playing all kinds of delightful balls, only for our players to be looking in the opposite direction or hoofing the ball over his head. Still, worth a shout.

Or a defence splitting pass met with a sulking forward pointing at his feet 30 yards from goal and saying "there!".
