Elastic shoelaces are great for getting on and off easily. As for the feet-swelling thing? I would have thought if you're doing so much ,ileage in training your feet would becom accustomed.

Do, however, keep your toenails trimmed. You don't want to lose them. And make Vaseline your friend. A liberal application on the nips, scrotum, inner thigh and between the toes will prevent any painful chafing.
Never had that problem ;)

You don't run far enough.
Ahh, that'll be it! I can recommend a sports bra for the nipple chafing!

And your scrotum?
Not had any issues with that... Must be my superior running style or something! ;) You need to get your technique analysed GtE

Hell Brucie when they mention vaseline do you not kinda get nervous? I know I would more so when the head of discipline from St Trinians is involved

another 10km down tonight. Tentative start but was practically galloping for the last 1 or 2 kilometres.

Can feel the bug coming back again...

Is that your excuse for not running the other 6 days of the week then?
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

It's a reasonable question, is it not? :conf:

Less of course someone's going to say "Pah, I can run faster than that fecking thing" ;)

Just a minor digression Bruce. And I guess their machines will have nipples that need greasing too, no?

Fair's fair guys. Can we keep this to how fantastically athletic we are without mechanical assistance?

Set up a blog for me and my mate's training. Fun times. 16 weeks' worth of moaning and graphs guaranteed.

Parkrun this morning. Killer.

Awful first 2km but despite that reaasonably confident I've got a PB, and hopefully sub 23 minutes. Again felt like I was flying for the last km :D

My flatmate was on sub 4minute kilometres. Then threw up after three and had to withdraw from the race.
