So i checked tumblr for some thoughts on this guy and then I came acorss this from his wifes twitter

she's deleted the tweet now, but I believe they've had to cancel their honeymoon(they got married like two weeks ago) because of the transfer deal, there was also this tweet that was sent.

@KristenSapienza Bolton is as nice as Bora Bora... Well, it's not, but never mind!
@Neilturner83 well...let's hope...considering I should be on a flight to bora bora and I am not.

Also came across this, I know this only a youtube video of him playing in the MLS but that clearence from Donovan was quality, shows abit of determination!

To be fair, he does things in that video (the clearance from Donovon, for example) that Knight couldn't do (or wouldn't be arsed to do) even in the MLS. So...

According to the New York Red Bull's Message Board, if he doesn't get a work permit, then a letter from Stuart Holden, Thierry Henry and Bob Bradley to the Home Office will sort that out. Not sure how that works but they implied it would be straight foward and that it wouldn't stop the transfer. Apparently there have been two or three guys who have been in the same situation who ended up getting transfers to Germany and Sweden.

According to reports Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle is considering sending Sean Davis out on loan.

Davis has endured a torrid time with injuries, playing only four times for Wanderers since joining from Portsmouth in 2009.

In December he took to the field for the first time in 27 months, playing the first 45 minutes for the reserve team in a 1-1 draw against Newcastle United.

The Sunday Mirror claims Coyle is hoping to give Davis some competitive action through a loan to a Championship club.

Apparently Celtic have signed Jaroslaw Fojut. Begs the question if perhaps he's one that got away, and maybe we should have held onto him for a couple more years

Good move tbh if he can go through the remainder of the season without injury he'll be worth keeping, if not then its an easy decision to let him go.
