Who was named MoTM? Mavies for me, but NRC, Moo, Eagles all worthy. Very happy with Ricketts and Ngog, too.
Mavies...and rightly so.

Agree with Mavies, but you can go through the team and all 11 played well enough. Only real mistake was Knight for the goal, but Bellamy could run anyone with his pace. Both Knight and wheater didn't give Carroll a chance. Both full backs coped well enough and all 5 in midfield were outstanding, even Petrov chasing back and tackling. Ngog caused problems holding the ball up for the mids to come onto. Bogdan did what he had to but a bit slow coming out for the goal.
Excellant all round performance, which gives us hope, but looking at the table it's starting to look like 3 from 5, as the others are opening a gap.
Credit the manager also for changing his tactics over the last few games, we all know it should have been earlier, but to change his beliefs and eventually get it right shows he will do whats needed.

To be fair to Bogdan the wind probaly didn't help for the goal, he's still learning and will get better and better as time goes on.

Without the racist Liverpool are a pretty crap side, but credit to Bolton as it was a strong positive performance from everyone on the pitch. A very enjoyable game to watch, at least for us Bolton fans.

Just got back from the game. What a performance!

I thought Ngog was outstanding today. Hin ran from start to finish, held the ball up well and gave their defence a nightmare. Mavies obviously was another class as he generally is when played in a five man midfield were he can have the freedom to play some football.

Overall everyone worked harder than they have for a long time and we dominated in most area's of the pitch. COYW!!!

Well that was fecking ace....

The system is working as some of us have been saying...

Can't pick a bad performance today...

NRC, Mark Davies and Muamba out fecking standing.

NGog played his part brilliantly too.

Finding another mobile striker who could play that role would help us.

Back four did well apart from the soft goal we conceded.

All in all best we've played since Holden got injured.

Having said that Liverpool were piss poor. And Andy Carroll.....oh dear....

Well they were.....

We may have made them look bad to an extent but even so, they were poor.

Watching Andy Carroll was funny though!

Sam Ricketts has been immense since coming back. Seems like the entire squads been given a lift since he's been in there. I'm pretty sure its not just down to him but can't help enjoy his return to the team.
