The irony is, of course, that as a Liverpudlian he's about as close to the ape on the evolutionary scale as a man can be in the 21st century.Athers wrote:It gets better

I am not, quite, 59.
I CERTAINLY don't wear baseball hats !!

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Re: Liverpool laughing stocks?
UPDATE: Merseyside Police are now reporting no arrest were made for United fans spitting on the Hillsborough monument. Police said they we “unaware of an incident with the monument” and no arrest were made. There were United fans ejected for spitting on the ground.Annoyed Grunt wrote:Really?Athers wrote:That was a false rumour created by one or more Liverpool fans.Annoyed Grunt wrote:Is it being aimed at the Utd fans?

I'm not sure what divvies are, but I believe you are held in high esteem by many members here. On the other hand the City of Liverpool and its FC seem to come in for a lot of calumny from all and sundry. I guess that's life but I'm glad you are still alive.blurred wrote:thebish wrote:MISSING

Re: Liverpool laughing stocks?
Also, is it really that likely that I'll be hanging round here much after our performance at the Reebok the other week? Bad enough I had to watch it with a Bolton fan in a pseudo-Bolton area (Leigh) - didn't need the stick from you lot, too
