Wayne Bridge probably has atrophy considering how little football he has played recently. Sunderland are welcome to him as far as I can see.

Agreed that it does seem a gamble though. If true.

And don't forget we have Tyrone Mears back...and in a month or two LCY which will be like two new signings ;)

I think it's possible to stare a little too hard into the tea leaves. There's only 24 hours to go. I'll be working for most of them so I'm going to spend the next eight asleep.
a lot less than that!!

That's still more than Arsenal have managed in the last 6 years.

I do hope this comes off. For no other reason that I have this vision of the whole ESL rising as one giving out a great Partridge'esque 'ZAHA!'

Young japanesse lad from Arsenal, he's got plenty of pace.

One of my Arsenal mates just said he's very talented, but he's abit like Chungy in the way he'll easily get shurug off the ball because of his size.

Thanks Tals.

by the way BBC says: Confirmation, if you needed it, that this January transfer window has been a quiet one thus far. Deloitte's Sports Business Group have been doing the sums and they've worked out that at 0945 this morning, spending by Premier League clubs had reached £35m, compared with £90m at the same time last year.

That's known by City bankers as doing a Carroll.
