Bolton Wanderers have completed the loan signing of Ryo Miyaichi from Arsenal.

The 19-year-old Japanese youth international moves to the Reebok Stadium on a deal for the remainder of the season.

Ryo signed for Arsenal in January 2011 having impressed Gunners boss Arsene Wenger following a trial. He then spent the remainder of the 2010/11 season on loan at Dutch club Feyenoord, where he scored three goals in 12 appearances.

"He's a very talented young player, who is quick and exciting," manager Owen Coyle said. "He had a great spell on loan at Feyenoord last season.

"He's a young player with tremendous promise and potential and hopefully at Bolton we can give him a platform on which he can display his qualities."

Ryo has appeared twice for the Arsenal first team, with one of those coming as a substitute against Wanderers in the fourth round of the Carling Cup back in October.

He will not be eligible for Wednesday night's clash against his parent club.

Yes, we need another winger. Highlighted by the fact that most of our targets this window have been wingers!

If young Ryo Miyaichi was good enough for Feyenoord he's certainly good enough for us....

But I agree we could do with another striker - I assume the club are trying to bring one in as we speak

I have to say that having seen this guy a few times I don't rate him especially highly. Would have much preferred to roll the dice on Morrison.

What percentage has Klasnic scored?

I dont feel particularly potent without him but 451 with tippy tappy wingers is the way forward! So welcome ryo!
