Second choice, which would hopefully mean our other 'strikers' *shudder* get nowhere near the team again unless it's a pointless match.

Marvin Sordell
The Watford youngster is edging closer to a move to the Premier League. It would seem that Bolton have agreed a £3million deal with Bolton for the England Under-21 strike star.

Really? You think he's ready to step up right away? Would have thought he was one for the future.

I don't think Coyle is looking at players for the future just now....

We're not exactly blessed in the striking department, I'd stick a League Two player in front of our current crop barring Ngog at the moment.

aye - seems generally agreed - even by SSN that it is pretty much a done deal.

I too have never heard of him - BUT...

from what others say it seems we have brought in two young hungry players - one a nippy winger and one a pacey, promising striker... and for (relatively) small beer...

it doesn't seem that bad to me...
Yeah good signing for when we are in the championship next season.

If we continue playing one up top it leaves NGog starting and doing an hour plus and Sordell coming on for the last half hour.At least I hope thats what it means.NGog wont score many but is very good at the head of a 451.If Sordell is lazy as Watford fans imply then he wont be much use in a 451

Well, he won't hang about if he's getting no playing time & we have him on contract so we'll get a fee, which, come June, we would not have done.

probably because it is usually very cold, and also quite windy there. Nothing to do with a prejudice against a small club
