Just don't see it at all with Nige. He's decent enough, and he's one of the few that've managed to get through the start we've had with his dignity just about intact, but he's possibly the most unambitious footballer I can ever remember seeing. Medi-oker wasn't just a clever nickname.

You don't choose one of the consistently poor players to be captain either... he's also quite clearly incapable of leading our defence as a "senior" player so why should he get the armband? Wheater looks more of a captain at his age that Knight ever will.
