Messy in a good way then?

No not really.
I've just checked and it seems that the verb to raz isn't listed on the urban dictionary or anywhere on the internet.
Maybe it's just a localised Little Lever thing, I dunno. Like interbreeding.

Meaning to vomit.

"That sterrie is so foul that drinking it makes me want to raz"
"My sister is so foul that breeding with it makes me want to raz"

That sort of thing.

Ah.

See I was alliterating it as similar to jizz.

You can see where the confusion arose.

Anyway - 1st Parkrun under the belt. Don't know what time I did yet but being as we had to run up 'Cruella de Hill' as it's apparently known, twice, I doubt I'll have beaten last week's time.

Well done! :D I really need to do one of them! Once you know your time though, it's easier to
work out if you're improving by running the same course again and again even if the course is not a fast one.

Good stuff, Brucie :D weirdly enough, Alistair, the Bolton parkrun director, was at Mile End parkrun today :S

Felt really good at today's one. Judging from the watch of the guy behind me I may have taken something like 20 seconds off my PB :)

Was looking at the magazine stand in Asda this morning - how many running magazines does the world need? Other than for putting one foot in front of the other what on earth is there to write about? :conf:

This is a question that you lot should be able to answer. Cramp. Any tips (dietary par example) that can help prevent it?

Hydration seems to be key. Where are you getting cramps and when?

Try Isotonic drinks rather than just water.

Also some people drink tonic water, others flat Coke.

Side cramps? If it happens when running i find bending down and touching your toes a few times can sometimes sort it out. Make sure your breathing is deep, not shallow and don't eat too near to a run.

Its not running, and its in my left thigh muscle. I've always had it from all forms of exercise all down my left leg, I think its to do with a bad injury I had on my ankle years ago. When ski-ing I have to ratchet my boots onto the agonising full clamped on settings to stop it in my left calf. Which makes it interesting when I realease them :? .

Interesting that its been noted elsewhere that I may be dehydrated though. I don't think its salts, which I've been advised on before as my diet is, understandably, full of it.

When i was pregnant with the twins i woke up a few times with agonising leg cramps - partly caused apparently by a lack of magnesium and calcium in the diet (babies were taking it all) Might be worth taking a supplement and seeing if that helps?
