He had the biggest wage budget in the division, and the draw of the biggest club. I should imagine Mandaric wanted more than the play offs and several defeats on the bounce for all the money he's invested.

It rings a few bells him spunking money and then having a bunch of apologists line up to defend him, any way. No doubt he'll remind us all how he won the Boat Race at Hillsborough in a couple of years. Men's and Women's, by the way.

According to some journo's Huddersfield had a bigger budget. End of the day he took em from fighting relegation last year to third. Whichever way you look at it, sacking him is a bit odd. At the end of the season a bit more understandable if they didn't come up.

Perhaps it wasn't simply 'football' stuff. Maybe Mandaric realised he was just a c*nt ?!?

I wonder if the radio interview, meant to be about his progress at Sheff Wed., but turned round to be the usual diatribe at Bolton, the fans, the Chairman helped piss people off.

Anyway, it made my evening.

Remember all the media time he got when we finally got rid ... & all that oozing sympathy ? Will we get all that again ? I bloody hope not.
