Anyway, Cassoulet for tea tonight. With a nice bottle of Chorey-Les-Beaune 2007. Because my dad drank the bottle of Madiran I was keeping by.

Nice, but less than convinced about gravy on yer peas. Still, it's better than no gravy on yer pudding.
