Is he experimenting? what is it? It's absolutely bizarre. I'm gobsmacked!
Unless a square peg is in a round hole (Steinsson right midfield?) I can ONLY imagine it's three at the back, aiming to push the full-backs on (although that leaves City's wide men a free run).
NRC the only midfielder who can tackle.
Davies "sort of" right, Ryo left, Pratley centralbutitdoesn'tmatter

3-3-3-1

---Wheater-Ream-Knight---
Steinsson---NRC----Ricketts
Mavies----Pratley----Myaichi
----------Ngog----------

Just call him Marcelo Bielsa

(I fear he may be called other things)
This is what I was thinking, but then why Pratley ahead of Muamba - we need someone to get the ball off them!!

I've had Match of the Day on series link all season but watched about 3 (Everton away, Stoke and QPR), but this is a nailed on viewing - might even do the extended highlight on football first on sky to see just how we set up. I'm intrigued!

They guy has lost the plot, essentially looks like a 4-5-1 with Ream in midfield. WTF is going on.

Sick save Bogdan.

Jesus Christ, 8-0 on the cards here. I just can't get over the team selection today. Players out of position all over the place. Mark Davies on the right, PRATLEY on the fecking pitch with Ream in midfield. How did he ever think this is going to work? HOW?!

Just noticed he's playing Ream as a holding midfielder. Don't we have someone who can play that role?
