Clueless cnut doesn't deserve Klasnic. If we saty up, it'll be in spite of the useless stubborn feck*.

First half, I thought we were reasonable in possession but didn't really have much (any) goal threat. It felt like we were well on top in terms of territory too. They were generally poor, especially given what they've spent. That said, they had two or three great chances, one that hit the bar and the one that looked in from where I was sat (which was behind the goal). How the lino missed it is anyone's guess.

Second half after inspirational team talk, Cisse pops in to score, not sure he was offside from where I was, but we looked really nervous, only to have our nerves calmed when the goal machine came off the naughty boys bench.

The QPR fan above, give your head a shake. Neither Bolton goals offside. And given you lot played Peterboro much more recently than us, you should still be able to remember what the pies are like.

Coyle's fecking stupid stubbornness will be the thing that relegates us if anything.

Which of our goals was meant to be offside? The first ?

It was absolutely not offside. Theirs was.

Tight, nervy game, but we did what we needed to and that was to win. Need a few more of those before we can see the light.

Technically could use a 0-0 between Blackburn & Wolves, although a heavy Rovers win might shatter O'Connor
Just thought the same, A Blackburn win and a Fulham win would be good. Then City win tommorow. We play both Villa and Swansea and a win in either will drag them into it.

I can but dream.

Damn you hope I hate you some weeks.

Think he's on about the first one. Pratley strayed offside about 15 minutes before the ball was crossed in by Ream...

My, that was a nervy finish. Shouted myself a little hoarse today, you could feel the tension in the ground.

Thought we were the better team first half, not in the second. One piece of good luck.....and all three points.

Will be a happy Saturday evening, for a change.

Not pretty but a great 3 points - classy finish from Klasnic

Don't want to have a go at anyone really but it was a mixed bag in terms of individual performances - Bogdan was excellent, yes it was over the line but his one handed save to knock it back onto the bar was brilliant and his coming out collecting crosses is good, something that 'glued' to the line Jussi rarely did - thought NRC & M Davies did ok and some of our short passing was decent but even though he scored Pratley's never a premier league player. Wheater did well & Ricketts 2nd half, Ream is good on the ball but looked a bit small against Zamora. Ryo did well and is a threat with his pace, trickery and directness - but I honestly thought N'Gog was poor as was Eagles when he came on, he was awful.

But hat's off to Coyle for having the balls to go for it putting Klasnic on and going 4-2-2, he'd have got dogs abuse if they'd have gone and nicked it - he gets plenty of deserved stick for his obvious tactical naivity but I'll give him some credit today.

Ream is good on the ground, but it scares me that he seems so lightweight for a centre half in the premiership!

Hmmm tricky one. Did his usual donkey wrestler impression to get his yellow card, but put some decent blocks/tackles in. He's not IMO a Prem class CD (but I thought he had a reasonable game).

Ngog, Davies and Myiachi were excellent in the first half, without much end product. Ream was reasonably comfortable.

Pratley and Petrov were generally dire, although I think I can recall an occasion where Petrov beat the first man with a couple of crosses.

Steinsson, Ricketts, NRC, all fairly anonymous, so I think on balance, I'd probably give it Klasnic for bagging the winner (well if they managed to give it to Tuncay against Wigan, there's hope for everyone.) Or maybe Bogdan for ahem saving ahem what looked to be a certain goal. :-)

Didnt Klasnic come on for Pratley. Doubt coyle would ever get abuse for that.

A win! Which sets us up nicely for a five-game losing streak.

That was the blow we often get and it happened again and this run of poor decisions by both the referees and some of our players looks like sending is down. What a kick in the guts for us and huge boost for Bolton. Then Bolton score and 2 players clearly offside but the one thats not a goal counts !!!!!!!! that mean the score is wrong by a two goal margin, Cisse was not offiside if Boltons was onside !!

Good finishing by Bolton for their goals and you guys now know you have had your luck and plenty of it at least today. Well its not over till the fat lady sings but i fear she wears black and runs around the park with a whistle in her mouth.

We should have gone for your jugular in the second half and finished you off but we didn't and you came back and snatched it.

At least you know there is at least one team who rub of the green and the whistle is worse than your own :spank: :spank: :spank:
I'm not quite sure of the rule tbh. Two Bolton players looked offside when Petrov passed to Ream but they were far away from and not involved in the play. When Ream passed to Pratley everyone was onside. I had heard that sometimes offside is not given in the offside player has nothing to do with the play. Is this correct? Clearly Cisse was offside and the pass went to him. I can understand QPR fans feeling aggrieved, however.
