Re: Fabrice Muamba
Nothing to do with football, this is about a lovely, bright young guy. With a newly born son.
.... great respect for the way everyone, across the whole piece is treating all of this & my appreciation for all the wishes from the fans of other clubs.
Fabrice, c'mon man ... pull through this. God bless & best wishes.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
"I understand you are a very good footballer" ... "I try".

He's still alive. Stable can mean an awful lot of things so please be careful before you proclaim anything else. At this moment the fact he is still alive is just good enough.

Tottenham defender Kyle Walker: "Doesn't matter who you support. Doesn't matter if you aren't a football fan. Doesn't matter if you aren't religious. Pray for Fabrice Muamba."
Wolves fan here. I know that the relationship between us hasn't always been good, but I've only just heard about this and am genuinely saddened by the news. Please know that Fabrice Muamba is very much in my thoughts and prayers this evening. I truly hope that he pulls through and wish him a speedy recovery.

To be honest I wasn't expecting that news so that alone is a huge positive. But stable could mean anything right now. I think he needs a lot more prayers.CAPSLOCK wrote:Indeed, indeedBWFC_Insane wrote:He's still alive. Stable can mean an awful lot of things so please be careful before you proclaim anything else. Sunderland fan from Poland is here. My thoughts are with Fabrice and his family and all of Wanderer's fans. I'm waiting for good news. I hope that Fabrice come out of this
Re: Fabrice Muamba
I'm sure I'm not the only non Bolton fan on here tonight.
Fingers crossed, prayers and best wishes to all at Bolton Wanderers Football Club and to Fabrice Muamba's family and friends, from Manchester.
Football rivalry takes the back seat in situations like this, and it makes me feel so proud to be a football fan when we all unite as one at moments like this.
The only result that matters this weekend is coming from a north London hospital.
Fantastic news with the recent reports of him being in a stable condition and hopefully he'll continue to improve, all the best Fabrice and also has to be said, a HUGE WELL DONE to the medical staff involved, they've well and truly done an incredible job here!!

Re: Fabrice Muamba
Delighted to hear that he is in a stable condition. As a Macc fan who also follows Man City I remember the Foe tragedy only too well and Keith Alexander and Richard Butcher are both recent and vivid.
So pleased he is stable now!

Best wishes to Fabrice and his family from a spurs fan who was at the game.
Glad to hear positive news and hope he will be fine. Fans of all clubs are standing with you at this time.
Echo the thought above on the amazing job of the medical staff who gave him a fighting chance.
