Hi, I am a Spurs fan

I was at the game to-day and I am still in shock at what I witnessed.

Thinking of and praying for Fabrice, his family and your Bolton "Family".

Please God he pulls through this.

Just woke up to the news here in Aus and i am in a state of shock. Will definitely be praying for him and his family. The guy is recently engaged and has a young child so i really hope he pulls through for them....Football is on the back burner at the moment.

Good to see so many fans coming on wishing him all the best. Twitter is trending with nothing but good messages regarding him.

Hope all goes well.

As an aside this reminds me very much of the Khalilou Fadiga instance in the League Cup game at the Reebok when he also collapsed on the pitch ironically also against Tottenham:

Once again, thank you to all who have come on here to express best wishes. It's food for the soul to know that there are so many good people out there, even in the easily-polarised world of internet football fandom.

C'mon Fab.

Villa fan here from Somerset.

Was so shocked to see the game was abandoned. I presumed it was due to rain or something, couldn't believe it when I read Online about Muamba and the terrible events at White Hart Lane today.

For the people asking about his condition and what it all means - I am sure that you will realize that anyone who has suffered such a trauma to their body, like a suspected heart-attack, are going to be very ill. Hopefully being a young, fit sportsman and the fact he will receive the absolute best of medical care (got to say the medical team at the game were superb), Fab will fight this and make a full recovery.

I am gutted for his family and know my sentiments are echoed by every decent, genuine football fan - no matter what color, creed, religion or allegiances - up and down the country.

I sincerely hope that this will not hamper your sides bid for survival as the Premiership would be a poorer place without Bolton Wanderers - a good old, honest, proper Football Club.

Keep fighting Fabrice and keep strong all you Bolton fans.

City fan here. Shocked by the scenes at WHL today, thoughts and prayers with Fabrice and his family.

Football seems completely irrelevant tonight.

Leeds United fan,

I am not a religious man, but i will be praying for Fabrice Muamba tonight.
I heard this news straight after the leeds united game, and although i have been a massively passionate supporter for many years the playoffs, champions league, world cup, whatever, nothing compares to the emotion i feel watching a 23/24 year old lad like that on a football pitch.

In times like this, football fans despite who they support need to come together to wish this truly gifted and talented lad back to health.

Genuine support and prayers will be going to everyone connected with BWFC from everyone at Leeds United.

All the Best

LUFC
