I stir fried a chicken thighs, green pepper, green chilli, spring onions and then add on sauce from a packet... and chucked in some noodles... And had a seriously tasty accompaniment to a Spanish Red... I'm not ashamed about the packet sauce from the Co-op...

They also had an drinkable Albali Verdejo/Chardonnay for just over 3 quid a bottle. You might want to get a few bottles just in case OC recalls Zat Knight tomorrow.

I'm one of the minority that prefers Knight to Wheater - but it doesn't stop me going to Asda... In fact there is a store very close to where I park on football days...

I work in Inverness but am back down here for my girlfriends birthday this weekend. Ended up going for a meal in the horseshoe at ringley. Great food at reasonable prices but I draw the line at paying £3.70 for a pint of becks

I can't stop eating at the moment. I'm constantly hungry after Sunday.

This morning I had porridge. After a 7.30 meeting I stopped on the way back to the office for a tea and a muffin (blueberry). For lunch I had Jacket Spud, cheese and beans and followed that with a KitKat.

Still hungry
