Fans were the 12th man tonight. Sky had extensive coverage of Fat Frank's dancing on 80 minutes :oyea:

Great result after a shocking first half. Some great individual performances too

Forgot to say aswell... We can't moan at Coyle about his half time team talks anymore  did the trick today and just come out and said he gave them an almighty blast at half time

Hats off to OC for his half time team talk for once it made a positive difference - and I don't mind admitting that K Davies made a big difference 2nd half. Awful 1st half though - good battling 2nd half performance, back 4 looked better and Eagles actually had a very decent game. Let's hope they've woken up and realised that they need to fight & battle and I thought it was reasonably comfortable in the end.

I didn't think that this side had it in them - perhaps they do actually have some fighting spirit in them after all, an away win at Villa is always sweet - when they chase and press and show the right attitude formation doesn't really come into it - this result has really dragged Villa into it.

Well done OC & all of the players - lets not waste this result - 2 more wins will keep us up !

Missed the nail-biting, buttock-clenching end. Fxcking stream packed up. Frightened the dog, battered my pc, wore the f5 keyout, e-mailed the Queen, the Pope, Virgin, Telstar, the Coast Guards and Complained to FIFA, sent Sepp Blatter a threatening letter, cursed, swore and came back on here just in time for the whistle. Super Kev made the difference.

WE WILL WIN. :oyea: :oyea: :oyea:

Got to agree that after that 1st half I didn't hold much hope, but well done to all the players and especially the manager for changing the system again because we looked a different team in the 2nd half.

I fckuing hate football.

Bag o bastards!

Coyle "I gave them a right blasting at half time" - might want to try that a bit more often and preferably before the kick-off too!

Fecking delighted at the win.

Coyle just said he gave them a rollicking at half time. He sounds absolutely wired.

Never heard him sound like that. First time the hairdryer has been plugged in and turned up to the max?

They will have a good enough backline of Cole.. Cahill.. Luiz.. Bosingwa

I know Cahill went off but even if he has a broken leg he would put a screw in it himself with some masking tape to play

Maybe the players have never heard him like that either. A totally unexpected rocket for them, at just the right time in the season. Maybe he had this planned all along?

Nah.
