Exactly.

I was devastated we didn't get three points today but we're in the same position today that we were before the Spurs game: 4 points. We didn't get anything against Spurs, which was expected, and we only got a point today against WBA. We can still get those 4 points and if we do, we stay up.

This is not over yet.

Did anyone see when Boyata challenged their player just outside the box and Knight just turned a 180 in slo motion totally oblivious to the ball sitting a metre behind him and Boyata had to lunge in and almost gave away a penalty. Summed up our season to a tee. I wish they played for Arsenal or any another team cause then I could have really enjoyed it the comic genius of it.

That was a dismal panicky performance. It looked like a Sunday social league final where no-one has ever won anything before and don't know how to go about it.
We made West Brom look like Barcelona and Keith Andrews look like Messi.
The first half resembled a cheap RPG where our defenders were like orcs/ogres/trolls etc. that only move if you come into their 3m surrounds and activate them.

Eagles worked hard and looked quick.
Petrov worked hard and was productive.
N'gog worked hard and was not productive.
Bogdan was bright to look at.
Boyata belongs to Citeh and is promising.
SKD missed sitters.
Wheater was better after he went off.
Ream was average at best.
Knight was appalling and looked unfit.
CYL should have stayed on the bench.
NRC tried.
Mavies was anonymous.
Coyle was clueless as ever.

yeah - but - wonder of all wonders - we are not actually down yet!!!!
We will lose at Stoke and we will go down.
The fault lies with coyle he paid out £3mill for a striker who's hardly kicked a ball for us and plays Chungy who hasn't played all season takes off Perov and leaves an anonymous Mark Davies and an out on his feet NRC on instead of putting Vella on Davies and Klasnic aren't mobile enough and are easily bypassed putting more pressure on an over pressurised midfield it's these clueless acts of not just tactical naivety but total stupidity that will put us down

I suspect a cunning plan is already forming in coyles mind to catch stoke out and surprise them by fielding the 11 smallest players at the club

I'm going to bed, maybe I'll be more optimistic in the morning. Instead of needing a draw next week we need a win, which isn't beyond comprehension. I guess it would have been bloody nervy anyway, if that's any consolation.

ffs
i can just imagine it on here if he'd put Vela on for NRC and Sordell on for Davies.
"useless twonk - replaces our talisman and most experienced midfielder with a couple of novices"
and "what's the feckin point of leaving Chungy on the bench"

he made the decisions and it didn't work out but he didn't really have much of a hand to play did he?
won 2-1 and QPR didn't score and it would be a very different story for most of the non one yed on here i fancy

they shudve played for a draw with tottenham.

if they need to win , he plays for draw.

they need a draw , he plays for next week.

they look less fit than that season megson had them training wrong in pre season and he admitted so in the papers.

and how would a draw against Spurs have helped- we'd still need to win next week
said it before the two dropped against Suinderland was the damaging result.

that was my depressed mood
i'm now defiant.
lets play the feckers off the park - win 6-4 and stay in this shithopuse of a league

Yep he made the decisions, the wrong ones.....

If Hull hadn't scored the second then Megson wouldn't have been sacked....

the NGog off decision was not the one i'd have made. the ball was sticking with him and he was winning free kicks high up the park.
but it was still an understandable decision- bringing an experienced international on and to be honest Klasnic did ok.
no one really knows how Vela would have performed if he'd come on do they?
but hey - it must have been a shite decision coz he's Owen Coyle, we're bottom three and really we should be at least top ten.
yeah? right.
if we're going to point the finger- how many chances did Davies miss?

Vela for the invisible man(Mavis) and a player who will run coming on for a tiring player who will run? Certainly wouldnt have had me complaining. Over the last month or so Coyle's subs/selections have made some sense. Today was like a return to some of his madder past moments from early February. I dont get this arguement about saving inexperienced players when they have more energy and less fear and the experienced ones who have been failing for much of the season.

sums up the season, real questions to be answered -
why do the team appear unfit
are the medics up to it - longest injury list ever?!
transfer policy - sell best keeper so he can keep Wigan up, spend £3m on a young striker and never play him, persist with the same old same old hoof it up to Davies and hope it falls kindly

We wont stay up,I hope we dont to be honest,it might give them an excuse to keep coyle. Doing well in the championship would be far preferable to another year like this and you'll get to visit some old places you aint seen for a while. I'll miss the streams but hey who knows I might be able to get something useful done at the weekend for once.

Just got back from the match.

What a shower of s****e.

No passion, no creativity, no game plan, no leadership on or off the pitch. Championship here we come.

I don't know what's more depressing. The fact that we're going down, or the fact that Coyle won't be sacked. Very, very depressing.

Even I'm losing hope.

Can I change it to "Always Hopeful (providing Coyle isn't in charge and SKD isn't playing and and and.......)"?
