Re: Day of Destiny/Doomsday: Stoke away
Yesterday I was as down as I've ever been. I had no hope. No belief. No desire in all honesty.
Today it's turned to passion. Passion for this club WE love. OUR club.
If you're one of the 2700 going on Sunday WE have to be commited to the cause. WE go to support OUR club. WE have one final go.
WE belt our hearts out from the moment we enter the ground to the moment we leave.
WE must believe.
This can be done. You may have little belief this team can do it. But it CAN be done.
Let's have a good go eh. Let's do this TOGETHER.
IT'S OUR CLUB. ALWAYS WILL BE.
TOGETHER!

Re: Day of Destiny/Doomsday: Stoke away
I have decided that at 3pm next Sunday I am leaving the house and not checking my phone for any scores.
I'll get back and turn the TV on just to double check that we have been relegated, as I think we will (deservedly so).
I won't be renewing, just turning up to the games that I am able to make next season. However if Coyle is still in charge and continuing to make the ridiculous decisions he has been, I'm not sure how many that will be.

We're all supping at the student union. Will be rammed with all Bolton early doors so get there in plenty of time. Also going by train, think we get into Stoke mid day too.

This is likely to be one of the most riotous days of my entire life, or one of the most miserable. Just can't call it

Against Stoke you need someone tall. Knight may be lacking in many areas but height isn't one of em.

Got to agree that if there's one game we want him in it's this one, where that lanky streak of piss Crouch is there nodding the ball about and that javelin thrower with the jug ears gets hold of the ball.Harry Genshaw wrote:Against Stoke you need someone tall. A night of bliss followed by several years of misery? Re: Day of Destiny/Doomsday: Stoke away
Knight is tall? Well fook me. 6'6" and jumps to 5'8". I'd back Boyata to beat him in the air every time. Plus he is a coward.
