Porridge?

Thats just weird...
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

I think that for GG, the "past" means summat different than what it does to you and I! I was reminiscing about old kids TV programmes the other day (in a vain attempt to get her to show J&J summat decent - like the Clangers) - and the furthest nostalgia-reach she could make was "Dangermouse"!

Well it was going to be Spanish at a relatively new tapas bar in Poulton called Espanol. I was thinking 6 or 7 dishes and a cheeky bottle of Rioja................."Sorry Sir, we are fully booked"

No problem I thought, I'll try Italian at Pulci's......"Unless you want a table at half 9, quarter to ten, we are fully booked sir"

Recession??? What recession??? :conf:

No. Nestles Milk was a syrupy consistency, sweet and a substitute for sugar in tea.

I spent the evening downing milk and mopping sweat off my face. It tasted fantastic in fairness, but it was just a little too hot.

I usually have some plain yoghurt to hand. Failing that I've been told a teaspoon of sugar will take the heat away.
I always use it as an excuse to get the ice cream out ;)
