The frogurt is also cursed.
Wouldn't mind Coyle looking the the USA for signings again, there is certainly no drop in physical or skill atributes in Holden and Ream.

Mavies and Holden in midfield? Jesus no. This isn't the premiership anymore. Watch the championship, you need a ball winning beast in there.
As much as Holden is great, we don't know how he'll come back. Him and Mark Davies are not physical enough to do the job down there.
IF NRC goes we need to replace him with a strong ball winner.

Actually not a bad shout that. He's a very good Championship player and if we tried for him on a similar wage structure as the rest I think he would add to our midfieldJez wrote:Robert Koren available on a free this summer, could do a job for us in the place of nigel

What country is he from?
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

I'd just like to quote myself from another thread......
keveh wrote:Yeah I'm not sure about Reo-Coker, I have a feeling he'd blame everybody else and jump ship.BWFC_Insane wrote:Whilst simultaneously slapping a transfer request in........Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:I was thinking the other day about Juninho breaking down in tears on the pitch when Boro got relegated. (Whatever you think about public emotion, it certainly showed he cared.) I wondered which Bolton player would be most likely to do similar, and Stuey came to mind. He's an incredibly determined character and he's had an awful 15 months, so it would/will feel like a right kick in the nuts if the team went down – guilt, anger, frustration.
(Reo-Coker will/would be incredibly angry, then with lantern-jawed determination declare his refusal to sleep or eat until he leads the team back up.)

If Lee is still here when the summer transfer window closes I'll bare my arse on the town hall steps.

Pratley was good for Swansea in the championship.. Vela looks promising and we might even be lucky enough to see Moooo come back at some point. We can control most games with that midfield IMO.
Wouldn't mind seeing Eagles have a go in central/attacking midfield. He was a regular action man in the last few months and seemed to spearhead most counter-attacks. Good at finding space on the break and improving at tackling/closing people down.
Now if only we could teach Mavis the same...
And if only they could both learn how to shoot.
Oh, and Chris, in case you happen to be reading this: if you hit another fecking free kick into the wall I will find out where you live and bog roll your car. Then squirt shaving cream through your letter box. And maybe place a flaming dog turd on your front steps. YOU FECKING TW*T.

Is this humour too ... just checking, coz it's difficult to tell.courtliff_bwfc wrote:If Mavies does leave Danny Guthrie on a free from Newcastle?
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

It makes perfect sense, if all the speculation is true.wanderers_on_tour wrote:I can't believe this clause wouldn't at least put up a 2/3 million fee first, seems a touch naive.Relentless09 wrote:In perspective NRC now seems a waste of money, got him for free, paid his wages ! Got relegated anyway and now will leave for free
We wanted him to have a relegation reduced wage clause in his contract to save us money if we go down.
He negotiated a release fee instead. i.e. He's off no matter what if we go down; and we get to save even more money.
If there was a fee in there as well, and no another club came in to meet that offer we'd be stuck with him on full wages for the remainder of his contract.
He cost us nowt, did his best and is now entitled to move on. Best of luck to him.
