Good idea this but I don't fancy Marshall who was shot about 5 years ago and I've never really rated Pollitt. T'other 3 are good shouts imo and Simonsen has just been released by Sheff Utd. Would all be good back ups for BoggyDave Sutton's barnet wrote:A

If Jussi starts thumping the table, we could need someone experienced but cheap. Options:
* Andy Marshall (released by Villa, ex Norwich, now 37)
* Marcus Hahnemann (released by Everton, 40, Yankee!)
* Stuart Taylor (Man City so local, career benchwarmer, still only 31)
* Carlo Nash (Stoke, 38, another bench-botherer, Bolton-born…)
* Mike Pollitt (Wigan, 40, Bolton-born)

Rob Lainton as reserve and Lynch is youth, as far as I'm aware. Both look decent.

Whats Kevin Phillips up to?

Looked nothing exceptional in the company of Jamie Theakstone, Gordon Ramsay, Joe Calzhage and Robbie Williams, in Football Aid, at the weekend. Outshone by Jonathon Wilkes. He knows where the net is for sure and might make a handy back-up striker.Lord Kangana wrote:Whats Kevin Phillips up to?

Kevin Poole Original was still playing last year at 48 in League Two!
