Wylde signed for us in March. Deal signed and completed.
He wasn't given clearance to play for us last season as it was after the window had closed.
He can play next season no issues.

But you would be lying and are clearly not a professional footballer. It would be risky for someone with over 20,000 followers to claim that he plays for someone when he doesn't.
It's a success because of the massive influx of recent transfers as per the pictures I posted. I'm fully behind Jaffka in his bid to retain leadership of a new transfer thread as and when one is needed. Cheers.

I went out once. It was rubbish. Not doing that again.

Re: Jaffka's gossip thread on the ins and outs at the 'Bok
Joe Riley played 89 minutes of the 5-0 Stoke stuffing. He completed 16 passes out of 40 (40%) and none out of five crosses – which were, as CAPS correctly notes, all aimed at the back stick. (The pass totals below include throw-ins, from which he found his man 10 times out of 11.) By comparison, Paolo 'Maldini' Robinson completed 38 out of 50 passes (76%, plus four of five throw-ins – he left the crossing to Chris Eagles, playing in front of him in the 4-4-2 that day).CAPSLOCK wrote:The game where Rileys stats were 'poor' was a great example of numbers proving nowtDave Sutton's barnet wrote:Vague, this, but someone posted a link to a table showing, among other things, that our most efficient/accurate passers were Mavies, Reo-Coker and Vela; tucked just behind them was Mears, with Riley bob at the bottom. I also recall earlyish in the season when Riley started a league game I posted the Stats Zone screens (green pitches, squiggly lines) and Riley had given the ball away with half of his passes. He's a kid, he should be able to learn, but while we were all pleased to see an Acad-lad come through I suspect that if say Steinsson had played as badly he'd have been called not fit for hanging.officer_dibble wrote:DSB - re Mears what stats?
Most of his 'bad' passes were 40 yard, sweetly struck diagonals to the back post

Passing completion tends to go low when passes go long – that's fair enough – but Joe can't be happy with only completing two out of 13 long balls, or for that matter only five of 27 forward passes of any length. Only a small proportion of those were back-post crosses.(Robbo found his man with three of eight long balls and 24 of 36 forward passes.)

A week later, he played at the Hawthorns and from about half an hour in was systematically targeted by Hodgson's men doubling up down West Brom's left. Joe made a decent fist of it, making four interceptions (green diamonds) and winning four tackles out of six (crosses - the circles are clearances).

In possession he was much neater than the previous week, completing 27 passes out of 46 (59%, with one failed cross and three successful throws out of eight). He only tried nine long passes (four completed) and was much better at forward passes, with 14 of 30 completed. But again, compare him with the hate figure on the other side: Robbo completed 49 out of 64 passes (77%).

Riley's a promising player and could go a long way; let's hope so. But the fact is that we can't afford a defender to give the ball away half the time he gets it, so he has to keep improving, or keep it simple to start with.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Wanderers have been stopped in their tracks by Leeds United in the chase to land keeper Andy Lonergan.
An official bid was lodged for the 28-year-old former Preston North End stopper yesterday but sources at Elland Road suggest it failed to match Leeds’ valuation.

DSB, odd we should be looking at the Stoke game, as I made him one of outstanding players on the day
Seem to remember very late on he sent one skidding along the goal line, too
As for Robinson, he was always one of our better players on the ball - a good manager would have seen him worth protecting rather than hanging him out to dry and exposing him to pace
But then we did have Alonso to step in so no worries, there

I chose those two games as they were his only league starts (he came on for the last 21 minutes at Old Trafford and 0-1 turned to 0-3, so hardly fair to call those stats up).CAPSLOCK wrote:DSB, odd we should be looking at the Stoke game, as I made him one of outstanding players on the day
Mears only appeared at Norwich so I might look at that tomorrow if I've time.
