The BN report what Nixon writes in the mirror. The day after.
Been doing that for weeks!

I always read Nixon's Twitter for information but I find his personality awful. People ask him honest, decent questions and he reacts like a knob to them for no reason. He's just rude all the time.

The same people, ask him the same question, everyday. Tbh I don't blame him. Not that i'm trying to be his new best mate or owt but there's nowt on his twitter that isn't transfer related, I know he's a journo and I bet he laps it up but its pretty full on.SmokinFrazier wrote:I always read Nixon's Twitter for information but I find his personality awful. My only issue is he drops hint after hint until finally he is beaten at the buzzer by another journo and just has to fess up. I guess if he is close to Coyley he has to respect his relationship and not blab straight away but I wish he was just a tad more 'put up or shut up'.

Yeah, I understand that. I can imagine it gets frustrating answering the same question over and over again, but he should either ignore people or be cordial.

If he feels the need to talk about the club's transfers I don't know why he doesn't just actually tweet the world instead of doing replies all the time.

Its the saddos who spend all day asking questions I worry about. Is it that important what a mirror journo knows or says he knows?

He's not beaten on Bolton stories. Virtually everything is in the Mirror/People first then reported by the BN.wanderers_on_tour wrote:The same people, ask him the same question, everyday. Also I think he's relatively polite to the folk on there who as pointed out all ask him the same question three times a day. Like Officer Dibble says, its worrying that he's asked the same thing 16 times in a row.
I honestly don't get why he wastes his time, but I guess the info is interesting and provides some insight.

Only two in RdM's 21 games in charge.officer_dibble wrote:Aye. 22 appearences last season? There is next to feck all chance of signing him,.should be more realistic?
In truth he's probably out of our league - he's had some great write-ups – but it wouldn't be unusual for Chelsea to loan a young defensive midfielder to a second-tier team, if we can convince the lad he needs experience.
As for setting our targets low, there's enough folk have crucified Coyle already for that. We've signed a tackling midfielder and a centre-back, and it's still early July. I wouldn't want to see the club *only* chase Romeu but it's not like we've wasted time thus far.

If his reply starts with an @name then it's only readable if people are going to his Twitter feed rather than having it in their streams. (Unless he's replying to somebody they also follow.)BWFC_Insane wrote:Like Officer Dibble says, its worrying that he's asked the same thing 16 times in a row.
You don't suspect there's a tiny little smidgen of an iota of a scintilla of a slice of an atom of him that loves the attention and self-created intrigue?BWFC_Insane wrote:I honestly don't get why he wastes his time

So if we do indeed sign 'The Beast' does this mean that we've actually managed to secure our 'top' targets?

Notice he's locked his tweets so I can't read them now, as a non twitter user. Perhaps he's read your post DSB!Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:If his reply starts with an @name then it's only readable if people are going to his Twitter feed rather than having it in their streams. We need an experienced keeper to keep Bogdan from getting complacent.TKIZ! wrote:So if we do indeed sign 'The Beast' does this mean that we've actually managed to secure our 'top' targets?

Just the keeper & Veloso to go & then the only reason for us fckg up will be the manager.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Has Owen Hargreaves got himself a club yet? I expect if a Prem club doesn't come calling for him soon he may have to lower his sights - pay as you play deal could be good for us?
