Re: Olympic Squad
I don't think either of you know the difference between an argument and discussion or you wouldn't be on here hijacking a discussion to start an argument.

The irony of that comment is obviously lost on you, since you appear to have joined the thread just to re-post abuse from the previous page.
Re: Olympic Squad
Simples!
The 'lympic footie will not be the standard of say the world cup but it will be on a parr at least with most of the shite served up every season in the PREM. That being the case if 'our Marv gets a decent run out and impresses then for most people the question of why the feck Coyle bought him to bench him when the other tossers playing upfront for us, a team in the shit, were worse than Elmander was through most of his time here.
Just a foot note, Bruce always exceeds my expectations with his replys
He always tells it as it is!

Re: Olympic Squad
Your sole contribution to this thread was to turn a discussion into an argument. That's the behaviour of a 'troll'. You posted gratuitous abuse. That's the behaviour of a 'belligerent prick'. You're starting to sound like a bit of a hypocrite.

Re: Olympic Squad
BL3, you are going to see a lot worse standard of football than in the Olympics next season and if you truly have been watching games you will have seen an awful lot of dross served up in the Bob Diamond Premier league last season.
You were the one being argumentitive, not discussing the point about Sordell proving to be a decent player, instead you were hell bent in making it look like Coyle knows what he is doing and given the capitulation, through no small contribution from the manager of our premier league status, it tends to suggest you would feel more at home up a Welsh mountinside!

Re: Olympic Squad
The point was made that Sordell wasn't considered to be worth a start in the Premier League when he's in the Olympic squad. The implication is that the Olympic football tournament is the equivalent standard of the Premier League. I'm suggesting that it's not. That's not 'being argumentitive', that's expressing an opinion. Some of you need to learn the difference.Hoboh wrote:You were the one being argumentitive, not discussing the point about Sordell proving to be a decent player
I don't know what that's got to do with 'Sordell proving to be a decent player', i never suggested that he wouldn't prove to be a decent player, but there's a big difference between being a decent player at Championship level and making the step up to the Premier League, in the middle of a relegation battle.
Whether Coyle made the right call is open to question, but for people to imply that because Sordell is in the Olympic squad, somehow proves that he didn't, is ridiculous.

Re: Olympic Squad
I was just repeating your own advice back to you since you don't seem to have anything remotely interesting to contribute to the thread.
